Refund Policy:

A 30-day refund policy applies for all dry products and kitchen wares. A refund will be provided once we receive the product and inspect its condition.

A refund will be provided after reducing the packaging and handling charges.

No refund will be provided for perishable items after dispatching the order. In case of delivery delay please report us immediately.

If the delivery attempt is failed or the delivery is refused or returned to us then no refund will be provided for perishable items (perishable items means - all fresh products like vegetables, fruits, fresh sweets and snacks, frozen products, fresh fish and meat products).
